You have to be ambitious, yet humble. We are NOT looking for flashy, ego-driven agents that can barely make a living. Instead, we are looking for team members that want to help home buyers and sellers, and want to do an honest amount of work and make a great living helping others for profit.

You have to be able to be part of a team. We will lead generate, and incubate the leads for you. We will send you on scheduled listing and buyer appointments. We will train you on how to do buyer and listing presentations successfully. Once you write offers and take listings, we will handle them for you.

We do not offer a high commission split. Instead, we offer a high amount of transactions, with the full support of an inside-sales team setting up appointments for you, and a transaction management team handling all the paperwork. You will be able and accountable for focusing your time on income generating activities. Meet clients, build rapport and convert them into listing and buyer transactions.

No desk fees, no paper-clip fees, no coffee fees no small petty stuff. We do not want to make small money from you. Instead, we want to invest in you, develop you and make a lot of money with you.


+ Maintain Google Apps Calendar & Attend listing, and buyer appointment consultations.
+ Write offers and negotiate contracts with the supervision of team leader.
+ Follow-up on leads and appointments assigned. This follow-up is via phone, text, and email.
+ Call highly-targeted leads via specific campaigns.
+ Manage incoming lead relationships via telephone, email, and text.
+ Convert leads assigned into contracts by providing excellent customer care and purposeful language
+ Effectively communicate with inside sales team, and transaction management team.

++ A Positive Mindset

++ Valid Real Estate License for at least 2 years, having closed 6 or more real estate sale transactions, and current membership in a local board of Realtors and a multiple listing service

++ Professional vehicle, drivers license, and insurance policy;

++ Exceptional phone skills/experience;

++ Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills;

++ Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;

++ High level of motivation to succeed;

The position will be based out of our Mid-City Los Angeles office. Working remotely is an option as long as you can come to the office once a week on Thursday afternoons for training and be on a daily team call at 8:30AM every weekday.
