At Select Real Estate we understand that buying a property requires a significant financial commitment.  Typically we get compensated by the seller of the property for bringing an offer that they accept and that closes escrow.  This compensation varies and is completely negotiable, but it is usually between 2% and 3% of the purchase price.  It usually does not cost the buyer a penny since we are actually sharing the listing agent’s commission, which means the seller would pay that amount of money, whether we represent the buyer or the buyer does not have an agent.
