Ron Escobar  has a unique insight of the opportunities presented in today's market, as related to distressed assets:  Maximize sales value, and Expedite sales time. As a member of a coaching program at Harris Real Estate University he is constantly honing his skills and keeping informed of the latest developments how best to assist distressed property owners with short sales and asset managers with the disposition of assets. When it comes to managing a short sale or lender owned assets, Ron  Escobar takes full ownership, and treats every property like it were his own, 24 hours a day.
 
EXPERIENCE/COMFORT LEVEL: Ron has over 10 years real estate business experience. Since the beginning of 2008 he has focused on distressed properties. He has a REO Certifications with Harris Real Estate University and  Equator, and Res.net.  He  understands the business model for distressed properties and knows that REO’s and short sales  represent a strong niche for the next few years. He spends a considerable amount of resources building his Online Presence which enables him to attract and farm buyers in all target markes, which in turn results in faster REO sales.
 
FINANCIAL RESOURCES: Ron Escobar  has enough financial resources, and a private line of credit of $500,000 to maintain and manage bank owned assets including monthly utilities, repairs, maintenance and re-keys.
 
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and PRESERVATION: As a multi-family  real estate investor, and a licensed General Contractor, Ron Escobar is experienced in maintaining and managing  real estate assets. His office is fully staffed with maintenance crews and even an in-house attorney that report directly to him giving him the knowledge and experience needed to quickly secure and asset and deal with the most difficult tenants in a very successful way. Ron believes all occupants need to be treated with dignity and courtesy, while at the same time not missing a second in enforcing the property owner's legal rights.
 
RESPONSE TIME: Ron Escobar is quick to respond to asset managers as he is always reachable by phone or email. He always picks up his phone  and regularly sends updated reports.   All assets are secured immediately within 24 hrs or less. Occupancy is assessed and locks re-keyed upon vacancy.
 
TEAM: Ron Escobar  is fully vested and personally involved in the disposition of real assets under his care. He is your direct contact and he is also is supported by a team of experienced and efficient  professionals who understand your needs. 
 
PROMOTING BANK INTERNAL FINANCNG: As a former Vice president for Washington Mutual Ron Escobar understand the business needs of lenders, and loan servicers. Where desired by the asset owner, Ron Escobar will promote internal financing with appropriate promotional materials on the property.
 
COVERAGE AREA: Ron Escobar works the West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Malibu.  To best manage this area, he stays within half an hour driving range of the asset location.  
 
REFERENCES: Ron Escobar  has been working with  New Vista Asset Management, REO World,  PMH Financial, Stewart Asset Recovery and Titanium Solutions for the last two years reaching out to distressed property owners and explaining their options.
