As a member of a coaching program at Harris Real Estate University he is constantly honing his skills and keeping informed of the latest developments how best to assist distressed property owners with short sales and asset managers with the disposition of assets. EXPERIENCE/COMFORT LEVEL: Ron has over 10 years real estate business experience. Since the beginning of 2008 he has focused on distressed properties. He has a REO Certifications with Harris Real Estate University and Equator, and Res.net. He understands the business model for distressed properties and knows that REO’s and short sales represent a strong niche for the next few years. He spends a considerable amount of resources building his Online Presence which enables him to attract and farm buyers in all target markes, which in turn results in faster REO sales.
